Looking for a fun way to burn off some energy, rain, shine, snow or just to hot outside? We recently checked out Big Air Knoxville, and it just might become one of our new favorite places for family fun!
Whether you have toddlers, elementary aged kids, teenagers, or even adults who still act like kids (no judgment here!), Big Air has something for everyone. From trampolines to obstacle courses and interactive games, it's the kind of place where kids can jump, climb, race, and play for hours.

What You'll Find at Big Air
Big Air is much more than a trampoline park. It's an indoor adventure park filled with exciting attractions, including:
- Trampolines
- Extreme Dodgeball
- Slam Dunk basketball
- Ninja Warrior style obstacle course
- Battle Beam
- Interactive Jump games
- Ziplines
- Climbing attractions
- Sports Court
- Arcade
- Dedicated Lil Air play area for younger children
One thing I really appreciate is that there are activities for a wide range of ages, so siblings can all have fun together. If you have little ones, Big Air even offers Toddler Time during the week, giving children ages 6 and under a chance to explore the park with fewer big kids around.

Perfect for Rainy Days
Let's be honest... East Tennessee weather doesn't always cooperate with our plans! Big Air is completely indoors and climate-controlled, making it a fantastic option when it's too hot, too cold, or raining outside. It's also a great place to visit during school breaks or on weekends when the kids need to burn off some extra energy.
Great for Birthday Parties
If you're planning a birthday celebration, Big Air makes it easy. They offer party packages that include jump time, a reserved party area, pizza, drinks, and even cleanup. Parents can actually enjoy the party instead of stressing over all the details!
